I booked for Hoteis.com and, as I understand from the hotel staff, if you don't book directly with them, they will not do absolutely anything for you in that hotel. Every time I had to talk to someone here the answer was “but why didn't you book directly with us.” It is, if you don't need anything OK, you have to forget. They'll ask you not to answer. The night I arrived had to talk to the reception, and the official just picked up the phone and called in a room to talk to another guest while I was talking to him. I've been in super simple hotels with excellent service. I can't say the same about the Blumenau Square.

The hotel is beautiful and everything perfect, service, room and breakfast. The location that is not the best for my goals in the city, more is a very personal issue. No complaints from the hotel in itself. Marvelous.

Very good hotel, agile check-in. Check-in and friendly check-out service. Comfortable and very clean room. pleasant environment. Good internet, accessible parking. Delicious breakfast! Only a attention to deeper cleaning, gardens and assembly of the carunched bathroom.

Um ótimo lugar para ficar, confortável, espaçoso, um bom café da manhã, localização boa, perto dos shoppings e funcionários amigáveis. Quartos bons, com ótimas camas, um banheiro pequeno, porém muito bom, talvez um armário para guardar as roupas ao invés de ficaram penduradas nossa gabinetes em aberto.
