The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Delicious bed. Huge room and bathroom that cannot be mentioned...very big. The location is on a very ugly street and the hotel charges a parking fee, which is ridiculous, but other than that...great.

At the exit of Campinas along the Anhaguera Highway. It has a close shoping. So location is the strong point. But the attendant too. Good room, bed and shower. Snacks in the room are good quality. Breakfast varied with 3 juices, many cakes in the area, cold and salty. Liked it. Good internet signal. Check in and check out fast. I have been for 8 nights so I gave it a good rating. It has double rooms for families, with interconnecting door. So choose one that is not so if you are not in family you may have trouble soundproofing with the neighboring room. Suggestion to the management to place in these doors acoustic rubber tape. That was very good.

On the location, I have only one reserve the hotel is on a street with a lot of car movement throughout the night and morning and the windows of the rooms have no noise protection. It would be interesting for hotel staff to warn about this disadvantage.

It was my first time at this hotel. I would stay again but would like to give advice to the manager and staff. The hotel is in an excellent location. I used to live in Campinas for more than 20 years, and was back after 5 years to visit. I can say that the hotel is walking distance from many things. As a market, pharmacies, restaurants, Giovanetti and also the center of Campinas. My only issue was with the breakfast. On the two days that I went for coffee around 9am, there was no bread and cold cuts, until I left at almost 10am, they had not replaced. This left me a little disappointed. I even asked a staff, but even so it was not replaced. Another thing, when we were having breakfast, a staff was putting the dishes in place, but there was a lot of noise of plates, glasses and cutlery. Things that bother you mainly in the morning. Another thing was the person above our room, 2am walking with high hills and stomping their feet.

Fiquei no hotel apenas uma noite para pegar o voo em Viracopos, o hotel é muito limpo e arrumado, muito confortável! O restaurante foi uma excelente surpresa, comemos umas salada divina e um filé mignon quatro queijos que estava sensacional!!!! Ambiente muito gostoso e tranquilo! Não deixem de experimentar a comida, porém fecha cedo o serviço de cozinha, acho que as 21:00 se não me falha a memória. Voltarei sempre! Recomendo!

The negative point was the service. Even though in the online booking process I had provided all my details, again at the hotel I was forced to inform everything again. And, most seriously, the attendant didn't recognize that the reservation was for two and, right away, wanted to charge me an extra amount. Due to the urgency, I agreed to pay, until she made a mistake. In short, a slow, incorrect process, unprepared receptionists and a failure in the reservation system.

The hotel is located very close to the shopping centre of Dom Pedro. The hostel was super quiet. Check in super fast. Clean rooms with excellent space. Breakfast with a variety of fruit, cold, cakes and salts. Check out super fast! Parking at the reception. I always recommend!

The rooms were big and great. You had a lounge area and then the bedroom. Great big comfortable bed with a balcony. The breakfast wasn't great. Some staff speak English. It's a good location, not far from Centro. Next to a nice little park where you can sit and enjoy the surroundings. A supermarket is next door to the hotel on the corner. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast is mainly western food, but it is very commendable that when I feel a little bit of appetite when I turn around, a male waiter actually sent a bowl of hot instant noodles and put another egg. I thought about it the night before. If you can eat more happiness in the past few days, I really hope, accident, and praise the waiter. The hotel's other services are also very good, the room is clean and fresh, very atmospheric.
