I had many parcels delivered to the hotel before my arrival, and they not only managed all of them seamlessly but also offered to send out additional parcels on my behalf. Despite the hotel being fully booked, they attended to our requests promptly and always with a smile. Their dedication to going above and beyond was truly impressive. The driver they sent was really friendly and kind, he helped us to carry our luggage to the car and give us suggestions how to go around Dali. As we checked in the hotel room, we were so impressed by the cleanliness. I also must mention that they were also very thoughtful of their guests. As their washing area is on the top floor, they provide rooftop for drying clothes. Their amenities were also great which includes body lotion, sewing kit, and ear plugs. They also had free drinks and.in the kitchen for guests. Their breakfast was very nice also.
