For the price, you can’t beat it. This hotel is a distance away from district 1 but that’s exactly why I wanted to stay here. It’s nowhere near as busy and it has all the amenities you’d expect from a nice hotel. It has an awesome gym with decent equipment, a great view of the city with a rooftop pool, and best of all it’s very affordable. I recommend to anyone who is staying in Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel room is good for the price. I would come back with pleasure. Fast check in. They provide welcome drink & snack. The breakfast was just ok for this type of hotel, egg station, salad, fruits, cereal, bacon, sausage, fries, rice, and vegetables variation. The room didn’t pay attention to the head. The bed sheet was not pure cotton. The door of the top floor was the laundry room. It was a bit noisy. It didn’t use the floor. The ground was full of small ants. Itchy. The seven counties were all Koreans. The Korean restaurant was really remote. The price environment is too general

Superb location! You get everything you need (and more) the moment you step out of the hotel. The only bad side is, the shops close really early, so expect everything around you to close by 10pm, no night life. Night life is 15 to 20 mins away (district 1). Rooms are relatively clean, but still dusty after room cleaning. However they provide bedroom slippers so it's still alright if you wear it while walking around in your room. I appreciate the 24/7 reception service. Didn't like that they refused to give me an extra pillow :( Still very friendly though. I'll come back definitely!

The location is great, convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. The room faces the street, but it's not as noisy as expected; I can still have a good sleep quietly! The coffee cup in the room had stains on the plate as soon as I picked it up, which scared me a little!

The location is quite good. Because it is close to the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center and many department stores are not far away. There are convenience stores around the accommodation such as Winmart, Circle K and a department store not far from the accommodation. There are quite a lot of restaurants. Most are Korean restaurants. Because this area of ​​District 7 is like the Korean town area where many Korean people live. Check-in was scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. when arriving at the accommodation. The employee said that the room was not available. The customer has not checked out yet. Wait until after noon. But the staff upgraded the room for me. The rooms inside are spacious. Amenities provided Such as hair brushes, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap. The room is not soundproof, has a musty smell, the air conditioner in the room is cool but not clean. The air conditioner mask was so dirty with black dust/mold stains that I had to use tissue paper to wipe the stains off the air conditioner mask. And the exhaust fan in the bathroom was dirty with dust. Some areas of the bathroom have mold. There is no curtain or partition between the shower area and the toilet. make bath time Water splashed out and completely wet the floor, making it slippery and dangerous. The hair dryer in the bathroom had a burning smell while in use and vibrated all the time as if it would break and cause an electric shock. The room had a musty smell inside the room, bathroom, wardrobe and lockers. Toilet inside the bathroom It seems like it's clogged, making it difficult to flush the toilet. The room is not soundproof. There is noise from both the rooms above and the rooms on the side. Another customer drags a chair. shout loudly and tried to open the room at night and loud noises in the early morning The employee was informed but there was no apology or solution. The female receptionist wears glasses. Speak and serve well Cleaning staff are courteous. and other employees are good You can eat breakfast. Pho tastes okay. As for the rice, it was rather bland.

Merperla is an ideal choice for a business traveler or rather for someone specifically in Ho Chi Minh to attend an exhibition at the Saigon Convention Center. Its located in District 7 and the city comes alive around District 1. So if you are visiting HCM for business meetings or tourists, look for accommodation in District 1 or around. Merperla, however, is located minutes from the Convention Center and is a lovely hotel to stay in. Make sure you ask for rooms on the top floor facing the convention center for a lovely view. Rooms are spacious, equipped with all basic amenities to ensure your comfort. The hotel also offers in-room dining facilities and serves some decent choice of dishes. The would have only a dish or two if you are a vegetarian, however otherwise, a good menu to choose from. Portions and quality of the food - really good. The hotel also serves a good breakfast. The staff is friendly, accommodative and cooperative. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to the exhibition center almost every 20-30 minutes and immediately if you make a decent request to the staff. Make sure you book early to grab a good deal, otherwise the hotel is a little expensive (but worth it) compared to other good & limited stay options around the convention center. To sum it all, I had a comfortable and a really memorable stay at the hotel.

It's in a good location and close to a good Korean restaurant. Early check-in 1 hour early. It's a bit disappointing that the water pressure is weak. This is understandable given the circumstances of Vietnam.
