Pros: bed and shower room were clean, jasmine tea was the best that I have tasted, scent of the shower cream and shampoo made me wanted to keep them for myself, the location was good ,breakfast has more variety than the others. Cons: no closet to hang my clothes or tower Conclusion: I was really satisfied and enjoyed the stay and would surely recommend it to all of my friends.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, quite good location near Kunming Station, very nice room size and facilities, especially the toiletries. Enjoyed our stay. Value for money.

Traveled and used hotels in many places. But I've never been as impressed as I was at ibis Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street. The receptionist who took care of me on the afternoon of December 11th took very good care of me. I walked up to the room and inquired about it myself. Does the room smell? Is it comfortable to stay? We just gave a little feedback and the staff offered to change rooms immediately. Make every service easy. The welcome fruit was wonderful.

The hotel receptionist provides excellent service. She helped me with my luggage while I was outside walking in to the hotel!! Normal check out time is 2pm! And helped us with luggage, how to use app to book taxi. How comfortable and easy. Boutique hotel. Lovely lounge. I like one of the books and wanted to have it. They are not for sell. I requested the receptionist to put up request with her manager and she willingly helped me and got the approval to buy the book.

A big part of a good holiday experience is the hotel you stay in. This is one of the best hotels we have experienced whilst travelling through Yunnan. From the customer relations girls at reception to the cleaning ladies, Mengjin group staff excels in providing warm, friendly service to all their guests. Location is perfect for first time visitors to Kunming, you get to experience the old and the new just a short walk away. The hotel has exceptional standards with quality furnishings and bedding. Rooms are well appointed, the bed is comfortable and the soundproofing is fantastic. Breakfast is a limited choice of noodles but it is sumptuous and fulfilling. I especially like the coffee machine where you can get unlimited quality coffee anytime you want. We stayed at Moon Shine when we arrived and at this hotel Moon Shy before departing. Will definitely look out for this group's other outlets and will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the service staff for being so helpful, kind and caring. Special mention to housekeeping auntie who washed my socks ❤️. No 6 star hotel will ever give you that warmth.

The room facilities are complete, the sanitation is very clean, and the location of the hotel is superior. When we arrived at the hotel, the two younger brothers at the door were very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The lady at the front desk also checked in very enthusiastically and professionally. I am also very grateful to the sister from the room department for sending me Drink milk and drink sugar water, very caring, very satisfied with this stay experience! If there is a chance next time, I will choose here again!

This is our 2nd stay on this trip for 2 nights, location is convenient for food, taxi, metro is quite a distance of 15 mins walk. Housekeeping did not clean/tidy beds, triple sharing only provide twin toiletries and towels. Paid deposit for additional room cards, but did not inform us only valid for 1 day and need to be revalidated for next day use, advise to inform guest on this to avoid problems for guest. Apart from these, the room is spacious and good.

Only stayed here for a night but chose it cos it was near the metro and the railway station. They had the smart xiao du xiao du system so it was essentially a smart room. Just let Xiao du know to turn on the lights, open the curtains, play songs, turn on the TV etc. Guess what, they have a laundry room and it is complimentary! So feel free to wash and dry your clothes there. Staff was helpful. We were initially issued a smoking room and requested for change and the staff came up to show us other rooms that we could change to. Service is good. Will definitely stay here again next time!

In the huge crowd, we met a big brother from my hometown, who turned out to be the boss here. He was a simple and kind man, and he explained a lot about the local customs to us. The room is clean and tidy as shown in the picture. The window overlooks the night view of Kunming. The lady at the front desk is also very welcoming. very satisfied! Finally, I wish the boss a prosperous business and will come again if you have the chance!

This hotel is in an absolutely great location. It’s vibey and full of vibrancy. The rooms are a little in the small side but that okay. The shower was great! Loved the welcome fruit. The breakfast didn’t have much for vegetarian eaters. But it was great that it was till 12:30. Overall great hotel! With a nice artsy vibe and a great skybar view and swimming pool. Downside was none of the staff spoke English. For an international chain this was shocking .
