The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, surrounded by a plethora of street foods, snacks, and restaurants, with the added benefit of being close to the metro station. Moreover, the hotel rooms were impeccably clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, readily catering to our needs. The reception services were truly outstanding, with one staff member, 小茶, standing out for her remarkable service-oriented approach, engaging demeanor, and helpful throughout my stay. She consistently displayed friendliness and approachability, making me feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. Overall, their exceptional service significantly contributed to my overall enjoyment of my stay at the hotel.

This is my second time booking a Campanile hotel during my trip and this experience was even better than I could imagine. Got a free upgrade when I arrived very thoughtful from the hotel ! Room was spacious and all facilities were amazing ! Hotel was well situated. Near Xinjiekou station (10 min away), shopping center and food. Even though staff at reception did not speak English they were always friendly and kind to answer to all my questions. I will be coming back to this hotel for sure !

The view was amazing. Breakfast was also very good. It had all the amenities you could ask for inside the room. Location was right in the middle of everything. It was a little hard to find using maps with English. Start from Hey Tea next to the Lego store and then walk to the parking lot across the pedestrian path. From there enter the revolving door and go the elevator on your right (but not the furthest right). Input the 43rd floor to reach the lobby and check in.

The view was fantastic. The room was small but practical. They did not have on-site laundry, which was not helpful since my group is moving from city to city.

Location is in the heart of the city. Very close to the subway and located right next to a super mall. Plenty of food choices and room is pretty spacious.

Walking distance to metro and malls. Housekeeping was done daily and did a good job at tidying the room. Only thing was no spa available at the hotel so you'll have to head out to look for one after a whole day of sightseeing. Other than that, everything else was good.

Very good hotel which we booked last minute but was a wonderful choice. Near enough to walk to metro (10min) and very good noodles and bao stalls just right next to it. There were also supermarts nearby. Plus point is having 2 toilets, each for each room. To improve: not sure why there is a nespresson machine but no capsules. No teaspoons, no utensils. Just 2 little cups.

It is not far from Nanjing High-speed Railway Station and major attractions, and there are subway stations nearby. There is a All Seasons hotel opposite, so be sure to check the hotel address. There are shopping malls around and many gourmet restaurants downstairs. There were many people checking in at the hotel after arriving, but the staff checked in quickly. When I found the room, I found that the cleaning staff's workshop was next to the corner. I often heard noises. When I went out, there was a cleaning truck at the door. The cleaning staff was very active and very clean in cleaning the room. They would greet us when they saw us going out and coming back. Say hello, very warmly. The TV in the room cannot cast the screen, you can only watch live TV programs, and there are not many choices. It is very convenient to separate wet and dry areas in the room.

Good location, close to metro. Room is spacious with toiletries, coffee/tea making facility. Hotel staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. This is a fully SMOKE-FREE hotel, which makes my stay comfortable and pleasant.
