Good hotel but room will be a bit smaller than you think. They only give body towels (no facial or hand towel) and do not have “do not disturb” sign

Me and my friend stayed here for one night for our singapore’s trip. First of all, the location is very good if you want to visit a tourist destination such as Bugis, kampong glam and haji lane. It is very near to the mrt station, made it very easy to reach the hotel without ordering any other transportation such as grab or taxi. The room is a little bit small, but it is very clean and comfortable. Facilities inside the hotel are perfect, such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, hairdryer even clothes iron. Very recommended hotel in Singapore~

I don't know about others, but my experience is beyond expected, the room is small yes I am aware of it, that is the standard of Singapore hotel , small and expensive coz of the limited land, however is lobby area is quite a nice place to chill, bed sheet , toilet, floor everything is clean for me, location is logistics in town area. In conclusion, if u are someone hard to pleased, plz don't consider this hotel. P.S, thanks to the staff that served us on check in day, by upgrading our room since he sees I have a big luggage , God bless you.

Very beautiful and spacious room, hotel also gave us a tasty chocolate birthday cake from shophouse.  Bed was big and comfortable Personalized check-in at Valley Wing also meant that there we didnt need to queue at the tower wing  Breakfast was nice, although it would be good if the eggs were not included into the selection of 2 dishes, especially since eggs are also available in The Line. Hotel gave us late checkout until 3pm. Huge gym and pool Staff were mostly proactive and friendly, especially Peggy, Raja, Yusuke, and Fabian who were always ready to help Misunderstanding where the staff told me to wear pants to the Summit Room/Valley Wing lounge but actually berms are allowed too

I highly recommend this hotel to families travelling. It is so near shops, restaurants and mrt station (lavender). Although room is quite small, it offered what we need, the bed, smart tv, shower and toilet. We didnt get to use the pool due to our very limited stay in SG. Our room AC was not working when we arrived very late at around 12 mn. My toddler was sweating. In the morning, we had it fixed by maintenance and it was working fine after.

The room was super clean, comfy and functional. All amenities provided, even washing powder to be used with the free laundry washer/dryer in the laundry room. You need a passport, and know how to use their mobile app to self check in and unlock the room door. There is no one onsite after 6pm, but the team will try to assist you over WhatsApp. Thank you for the great stay!

To be honest, I always love to stay here. For the price, the room is quite spacious and the facilities provided were quite adequate. Location wise, it's minutes away from town and the expressway. Since the location is at Newton, numerous attractions and foodie spots are nearby. Even its an old property, Hotel Royal Singapore, is generally clean. Comfortable bed and pillow is very important to me and this property had never fail. The pillow is to my preference and many of my friends and relatives experience a good rest as well. The staff here is friendly and I just believe in ”treat people well and people will treat you well.” They do have big groups at their properties so do be patient at the counter or do check in early. Last but not least, I will like to extend my sincere thanks to Alice. She is one of the property back bone that ensure the guest is attended and given the best that she could give at the moment. Other than the location (right in the heart of Chinatown) the hotel is totally not worth its expensive price. I stayed in 2 different rooms during my stay & the first room had bunk beds, it was horribly small that i felt like I was in a jail cell. Can't sit anywhere other than on the bed. The room is on the 2bd floor & it was super noisy from the music blasting from the vendors on the street. Impossible to get any rest. The 2nd room was an improvement being a windowless room & double bed, but still it has no where to sit other than on the bed. FYI both rooms wifi signal were terrible & TV never worked. No use informing the staffs because there's nothing they can do to help. On another note the front desk staff call Steve was very helpful & is a nice guy. You'll also need to have S$100 in cash ready for deposit upon check in.
