   A space that stimulates the spirit of travel, where the romance of the Taisho era and the Reiwa era intersect. This is the second directly managed accommodation facility by Tabist. We welcome you to the mansion built by the second generation of shipping magnate Itaya Miyakichi of Itaya Shosen, who once served as a member of the House of Peers and mayor of Otaru. In addition to a large public bath on the top floor, all rooms are 35 square meters in size and equipped with a bathtub with separate toilet and bath. It is conveniently located just up the hill from Sakaimachi Street, the main street of Otaru City. It is about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride from Otaru Station, and offers a relaxing stay that can be used as a hideaway or a second home when visiting Otaru. From the top of the hill, you can see the Otaru Port, which stimulates your sense of travel.
